CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your booking, this will have to be done in writing via email to travel@spicymatch.com. You will receive a confirmation that your cancellation has been received. |

Cancellations 60 days or more prior to event commencement date will incur in a €200 processing fee penalty.

Cancellations within 59-32 prior to event commencement date will incur a penalty to the value of 2 nights accommodation.

Cancellations made 31 days or less prior to the event commencement date: NO REFUND

No shows receive no refund and the room is no longer available after arrival day.
SINGLE MALES
A few Select, Officially Validated Single Males will be allowed to attend this event after being vetted. Interested Single Males must apply by writing privately to SpicyMatch Official Events expressing their interest to join this takeover.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please use the appropriate form that you find in the section "My Booking" of the event page.
The cancellation will be processed according to the published cancellation policy and the conditions listed below, according to the notice period given in relation to the start date of the event.
If you fail to turn up for the event without prior notice, you will not receive any refund and any accommodation you have booked will no longer be available the day after your scheduled arrival date.
