We are delighted to invite you to experience the Seduzione Toscana taking place at an historic Medici property in the heart of Tuscany—an exceptional place where Renaissance history, timeless beauty, and refined Italian hospitality come together.

The event will take place in a completely updated Renaissance village. With just 96 rooms in 3 different areas of the village, there’s something for everyone’s taste. Please note the village is completely walkable with the village accommodations being just 400 feet from the main hotel, Paggeria.
Included in the price of your accommodations is breakfast daily, two dinners (a welcome reception and a farewell dinner), daily clothing optional pool parties, sexy themed nighttime parties and a staffed playroom.

We will be offering many different types of activities and excursions (most not included with the price of your accommodations).
It’s wine season in Tuscany, which means we’ll be able to partake in some of the harvesting process (think about squishing grapes with your toes).
It’s also truffle harvesting season. Imagine being out on the truffle hunt with specially trained dogs looking for these unique underground treats. If you enjoy them, you can pretty much assume you’ll be having some dishes prepared with them.
The village also has it’s own winery, so it’s a given we’ll be doing some wine tastings while there.
If your room has a kitchen, please know you can hire one of the chefs to prepare dinner for your friends and you!

The main hotel has 36 basic rooms. What’s great about staying here is there is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the bar is here and the main pool is here. For booking purposes you’ll want to select either a Standard room, A Deluxe room or a Deluxe room w/tub.
The village hosts an additional 67 rooms of various sizes and set ups. Those rooms all have the designation of Borgo before them. These are the rooms with the most variety and interesting detail to them. They are 400 feet from the main hotel. They have their own restaurant for breakfast (included) and dinner along with a complimentary spa with amazing views and an additional 2 restaurants not run by the hotel, along with a Gelateria.
The Villa is basically a 2BR private villa with 2 smaller rooms on either side. It is in between the main hotel and the village.
