Hedonism II allows you to explore and rediscover yourself in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Our “Romping Shop” playroom is open to couples, single women and invited single men. BTW – Romping Shop is the name of a very popular Jamaican Dancehall Song. It’s a Jamaican Twist on a Playroom, rather like an inside secret. You’ve got to go to know.

Entrance to the Romping Shop is located beyond the Courtyard, opposite the tennis court. Playroom guests are expected to respect the personal space of others and “play” only if invited to do so.

Please Note: Due to liability and insurance restrictions, guests on a day or night pass are not permitted in the Romping Shop playroom.

GROUPS

We take the work out of planning group trips because our resort is truly all inclusive, everything is included, mouthwatering gourmet meals in our restaurants, top shelf premium drinks such as Grey Goose, Patron and Fireball, entertainment that you will only see at Hedonism II, as well as an wide variety of land and water sports. We can also plan tours, activities, programs and themed events custom tailored to your group.

Group space is limited and based on availability and the availability differs from general availability. We reserve the right to determine group availability and may withdraw group availability at any time. We reserve the right to alter the group definition at any time at our discretion. Individual guests reservations may not be converted into a group once the individual reservation in made. Group considerations will be withdrawn if the group fails to meet the minimum number of rooms required (10 double rooms).

GROUP PRICING

Group pricing is based on the time of year and room category. There is a five paid nights minimum stay required unless otherwise agreed by the Group Department. Specific rates are available upon request. Group pricing is lower than Hedonism II individual pricing and is only applicable to only two guests per room.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Hedonism’s Group Department is open Monday through Friday and all group inquiries must be made through the Group Department. To help us provide the best solutions to your group travel requests, we ask that you complete the Group Request Form here or call us at 1 818 216 2420
We will require the following information:
• The dates of stay
• The number of rooms needed
• The name of the group

We will contact you to discuss your group via email or by phone. When we have confirmed your group and availability, a group contract including our terms and conditions, will be emailed to you. An option date will be assigned to your group for your first deposit. If a deposit is not received by the option date, Hedonism II reserves the right to withdraw all group accommodations and considerations without prior notice.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Air requests for groups are based on availability and may or may not be confirmed by Hedonism. Special group requests and optional functions will be considered and confirmed based on Hedonism’s ability to accommodate these requests. Groups of 31 rooms or more are subject to separate terms and conditions. Group space is not available during Christmas/New Year’s and certain room categories are not available for group discounts.

Hedonism II sits on a pristine beach and offers sumptuous cuisine prepared by renowned chefs and world-class activities on land and water. Please note prices are per person, per day or per night and are in U.S Dollars; some exclusions and blackouts may apply. A Limited amount of passes are sold based on Space Availability. Halloween, Hotel Anniversary (October 31st and November 1st) and New Year’s Eve are Closed Out and sold on a Request Only Basis at an Additional Cost. Please call for availability before arriving at the resort. AMENITIES AND EXTRAS

AIRPORT SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION

Airport transfers are not included. Transfers to and from the Montego Bay airport are available at an additional charge. There are several options, you can either take a taxi or charter a small plane or you can take the Sun holiday Shuttle which is the company we recommend. You can either handle it yourself by emailing them your flight information at reservation@sunholiday.com and you pay them cash when you arrive. (They are not setup for credit cards) or we can arrange it for you (please email us your flight itinerary). The cost is $50 per person, round-trip. Once you exit Jamaican immigration and customs and walk thru the glass doors and their tour desk is #5 on the left. If purchased, return flights to your home city are confirmed by our Reservations Department

PRIVATE DINING

For the ultimate in romantic evenings, allow our talented culinary team to create an unforgettable “Love & Passion” private candlelit dinner for you under the stars. Enjoy exclusive cuisine paired with premium wines, among the backdrop of soothing sounds of the waves lapping onto the beach. Private dinner reservations are available between 6:30 pm – 8:30pm and can be reserved online or through our Concierge in advance. You may also book through the guest services desk upon arrival.

Catamaran Cruise
Set sail on a Catamaran, enjoy the beautiful Negril coastline as you set sail to explore secret caves with a snorkeling adventure, chill on the deck listening to Reggae rhythms while sipping a refreshing cocktail, the choices are endless Reserve by visiting our Tour Desk upon arrival.

Scuba Diving
Our introductory resort program is complimentary, however if you would like to be PADI certified, PADI certification diving courses are offered daily at an additional cost of $350 US dollars. Discover Scuba Course $70 US dollars. Books and other studying modular are loaned for study. Resort classes are four days weekly: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

For our clients booking Premium Hot Tub Suites only – a VIP Club Mobay Representative meets you as you disembark and will fast track you through immigration and customs. No more waiting in lines. Upon departure, you are escorted to a 10,000 square foot lounge of cultural luxury including a complimentary premium bar, snacks, Wi-Fi, shower facilities and concierge duty free shopping, the perfect way to end your vacation. Clients booking Premium Hot Tub Suites that include VIP Airport Arrival and Departure Concierge Service must email flight information to reservations@hedonism.com at least 48 hour prior to flight arrival.

TRIP PROTECTION AND CANCEL FOR ANY REASON WAIVER

Trip insurance is a great idea for more than one reason. Not only do you get coverage for acts of God like family illness, burglary, assault, loss of job, etc., but you get items like trip delays, lost luggage and delays, etc., including weather related items (see policy for full details). Most important is medical coverage, not only when you are there but ALSO (God forbid) should you need medical evacuation. Medical evacuation and air ambulances are very costly and having the insurance allows us to act fast and secure transport for you. Travel insurance is available when booking directly with Hedonism II online.
